Getting started
A conversation first, then a quote you are free to turn down.
There is no price list, because no two market days want the same things from this system. So we talk first, quote second, and you decide third.
How you start
A conversation first, then a quote you are free to turn down.
There is no price list on this page, and that is deliberate. No two market days want the same things from this system: some want the pages and the arithmetic and nothing else, some want the marketing made for them, some want somebody standing there on the day. A number published in advance would be wrong for nearly everybody. So we talk first, quote second, and you decide third.
One. We talk
A Zoom call or a conversation · no charge, nothing committed
You tell us what you want the system to do for you.
What the day is, who it is for, roughly how big you think it will be, and how much of it you want to hold yourself. Bring the parts you are least sure about. Those are usually the ones that decide the number.
- Nothing is set up and nothing is charged at this stage
- If what you are describing does not need us, we will tell you that
Two. We quote
One fee for your market day, in writing
A formal quote, priced on what you actually asked for.
It says what is included, what is not, and what the things you left out would cost if you change your mind. It is a fee for the market day. It is never a share of what a stall took, because we do not see those and we never will.
- The price follows what you asked for, not what your day earns
- What is in it is written down before you decide, not explained afterwards
Three. You decide
Accept it, or turn it down
Accepting is the thing that opens your market day.
Turn it down and nothing happens. No account is closed, nothing is held against you, and you are welcome back when the day is a different shape or a different size. Accept it and we set your market day up and you start work.
- Turning a quote down costs nothing
- An account here is still free. Being a stallholder, a volunteer, in the kitchen, at the creche, a sponsor or just coming along has never cost anything and does not now. It is running a market day that is quoted
